My Vision

Taking you on a Caribbean journey…
Food is a representation of a culture's creativity and is an opportunity to indulge in its flavours. Its a tribute to the resourcefulness of our ancestors, which is passed down through generations.

"It is a part of our identity, culture, and history."

The Caribbean is a stunning place that is not only defined by its tropical climate, white sandy beaches, and clear blue waters but also by its diverse people, cultures, and most importantly, its cuisine.
It is important to note that each Caribbean island has its own unique dishes, despite using similar ingredients.

When dining with Matthew Samuels, he hopes to recreate the illusion of travelling through the Caribbean, electrifying your taste buds with bursts of flavour, colour and putting that jig in your step.
At the heart of his vision, he seeks to educate his customers through a fun and creative way, using storytelling to bring people together.
